MICRO’SSAGE INSTRUCTIONS
The correct hole size for the Micro’ssage is 2 1/2”.
Before drilling hole(s) to install the jet(s), make sure mounting surface is flat. This will help assure the best seal. 1.
Drill one 2 1/2” hole for each jet. 2.
The gasket (#2) is to be placed on the outside surface of the spa. Make sure surface is smooth enough to seal. 3.
Before inserting the wall fitting (#3) thru the hole, apply silicone to threaded area of the wall fitting only. This will 4.
help seal the wall fitting (#3) and jet (#1) together.

CAUTION: DO NOT APPLY ANY SILICONE INSIDE THE JET. THIS WILL
INTERFERE WITH THE OPERATION OF THE JET.
After the jets are installed, connect the plumbing. Be sure that air lines are placed in sockets marked “AIR” and 5.
water lines are placed in sockets marked “WATER”. Use care when applying cement inside slip socket of the
jets. If too much cement is used, it may be pushed up inside the jet housing causing poor jet performance.
Be sure air lines do not sag. If air lines sag, the jets may not aerate properly. 6.
Run spa for fifteen minutes to clear debris from water lines. 7.
Install either a 16-5230 grill and flowpath assembly (#4) or a 10-4505 stationary escutcheon assembly (#5) into fitting 8.
(#3). (BOTH ASSEMBLIES TWIST LOCK INTO FITTING.)
